Social Studies
We will continue our study of ancient civilizations, focusing on Rome,  the Middle Ages, and the Renaissance
Science
We will be exploring the Solar System through our Earth, Moon and Sun unit.
Writing
We will be completing an expository research paper and continue our use of the Six Traits writing curriculum.
Reading
We will be teaching some WWII background and then students will participate in a novel group reading a Holocaust story.

Math
Students will continue working in the Glencoe book focusing on fractions and basic Algebra.
