Social Studies |
We will begin our study of Early Humans and the Rise of Civilization.

Science |
We will be studying Ecosystems and Populations. Our culminating activity is a three day trip to Camp to explore four ecosystems. |
Writing |
Along with being introduced to the Six Traits of Writing and completing small, creative assignments, students will be completing a narrative paper this quarter.

Reading |
We will be reading and exploring many different types of short stories. Additionally, students will be reading books of their choice.
|
Math |
In chapter one, we will be learning about Problem Solving, numbers and algebra. We will study Statistics and Graphing Data in Chapter 2.
